Snowfall forces schools to close in north Wales

Snowfall in Gwynedd and Anglesey has forced a number of schools to close and there are also problems on the roads.

Classes in Gwynedd, Anglesey and Ceredigion had to be cancelled following falling snow overnight and on Monday morning.

Wintery coastal showers are expected on Monday evening, with the possibility of more snow in south west Wales.

Widespread frost is expected on Tuesday, with temperatures forecast to plummet overnight.
