Kobane to Colwyn Bay: How one family escaped war in Syria

Omer, Shireen Muslem and their young family have escaped the Syrian civil war and moved to the Welsh seaside.

Mr Muslem, a graduate in English literature, his wife and their 20-month old son Mirwan swapped life in Kobane, northern Syria, for Colwyn Bay, more than 2,300 miles (3,700km) away.
