Accent with 'empathy' helps Newport win contact centre jobs

A contact centre is opening in Newport because the Welsh accent has "empathy" to deal with customers planning funerals.

Carpeo Estate Planning hopes to employ up to 300 people.

Chief executive Mike Minahan explained to BBC Wales business correspondent Brian Meechan the reasons behind the new location.
