More snow forecast for north Wales as wintry snap continues

More snow is forecast in parts of Wales after wintry conditions forced hundreds of schools to close again.

On Monday evening temperatures in some areas fell to -12C (10F), making it the coldest day December since 2010.

While Tuesday night will be warmer, rain could lead to icy conditions, with a yellow weather warning issued by the Met Office for ice.

BBC Wales weatherman Derek Brockway said more snow could fall again in the north on Wednesday evening.
