Scrutiny of Welsh health boards 'a positive'

Health boards need to realise that scrutiny is intended to help rather than "undermine" services, the ombudsman has said.

Nick Bennett, Wales' public services ombudsman, could be granted more legal powers to investigate public bodies like the health service.

It comes as grievances against NHS health boards and trusts in Wales are on course to be a five-year high in 2017-18.
