Kizzy Crawford: 'Census 2021 needs ethnic minority Welsh category'

Kizzy Crawford feels people do not accept her as Welsh because of the colour of her skin.

The Bajan-Welsh singer from Merthyr Tydfil said the lack of a dedicated tick box for ethnic minority Welsh in the next census "confirms that".

She said said she was shocked to see the lack of options in the draft version of the census.

The Office for National Statistics, which is responsible for the census, said it had consulted with the public.
