Governments should work together, Stephen Crabb says

Devolution can succeed if governments work together, the Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb has said.

He was responding to a report which claimed that UK government ministers and officials were too dominant in relationships between the four administrations.

The study by Prof Alan Trench from the University of Ulster was published on Monday as the Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish first ministers meet David Cameron.

Mr Crabb told BBC Radio Wales that a commitment by governments to work together was vitally important.
