First Minister Carwyn Jones: Devolution is 'entrenched'

First Minister Carwyn Jones has said devolution has become "entrenched" since the 1997 referendum.

Marking the 20th anniversary of the poll, Mr Jones said the National Assembly for Wales was the "most popular level of government".
