The former Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams has taken part in a service in Cardiff to consecrate the new Bishop of Monmouth.

Richard Pain, the former Archdeacon of Monmouth, was consecrated on his 57th birthday at Llandaff Cathedral.
