Pressure mounts on Ivory Coast's Gbagbo to stand down

More financial and political pressure is being applied to Laurent Gbagbo, the president of Ivory Coast, who is refusing to stand down after elections last month.

The United Nations General Assembly has formally recognised Alassane Ouattara as the winner of last month's election.
