Graphic footage shows harrowing reality of life and death in Syria

Doctors at a hospital in Aleppo are struggling to cope with the large number of injured bodies arriving as a result of intense fighting in the city.

One hospital, which has been shelled 12 times, has resorted to operating in the foyer due to the constant threat of attack.

This report by correspondent Ian Pannell and cameraman Darren Conway contains distressing images of injury and death.
