'Significant progress' in Iran nuclear talks

Negotiators are continuing talks on Iran's nuclear programme after missing a self-imposed deadline to reach a framework deal.

There is still uncertainty over the agreement as negotiators fail to agree on crucial details.

UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said that "significant progress" had been made and remained "optimistic".
