Huge queues as Kenya votes on new constitution

A referendum on a new constitution is taking place in Kenya.

The document is designed to reform Kenyan politics and spare the nation from the kind of violence that followed a general election in 2007, when more than a thousand people were killed in disputes over the result.

Opinion polls suggest the new constitution will be approved.

Peter Greste reports from Eldoret in western Kenya.
