Ukraine surgeon killed hours before leaving Misrata

Doctors in the Libyan city of Misrata say they are being overwhelmed by the number of casualties as the fighting intensifies.

Two journalists are among the latest people to be killed, the award winning British photographer, Tim Hetherington, and the American photographer, Chris Hondros, were among a group caught in a mortar attack.

The BBC's Orla Guerin reports from one of the hospitals in Misrata which is struggling to cope.
