Aid workers kidnapped from Kenya camp released

Four foreign aid workers have been released in southern Somalia. They had been kidnapped on Friday in Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya, just over the border, where they were working for the Norwegian Refugee Council.

The two men and two women were freed in a joint operation by Kenyan and Somali forces.

"We are back, we are alive and we are happy this is ended," said Qurat-Ul-Ain Sadazai, a Canadian of Pakistani origin who was among the released aid workers.
