Rwandans vote on third presidential term for Paul Kagame

Rwandans have voted to change the country's constitution, allowing President Paul Kagame to run for a third term.

He is yet to announce whether he will stand again. But western governments, especially the United States, have urged him not to do so.

Catherine Byaruhanga reports from Kigali.
