Parliamentary punch-ups in Uganda... and elsewhere

There have been two days of brawling in the Ugandan parliament over plans to amend the constitution to allow President Yoweri Museveni to stand in the next election.

But Ugandan MPs are not alone in getting physical in the chamber.
