North Korea to launch long-range rocket in December

North Korea has said it plans to launch a long-range rocket as early as next week.

Previous, unsuccessful launches have been criticised as breaches of a UN ban on the country conducting ballistic missile tests.

The United States has condemned the planned rocket launch as "highly provocative".

Lucy Williamson reports from the South Korean capital, Seoul.
