South Korea inheritance case marks legal history

South Korea's Supreme Court has made legal history by ruling that the inheritance left by a North Korean man who re-settled in the South must be shared with his children in the North.

It comes as officials from both sides prepare to discuss the reunion of more families separated since the Korean War.
