Malaysia plane: Close-up look at P-3 Orion spotter plane

A search for debris, potentially linked to the missing Malaysia Airlines plane, is taking place in the waters off the coast of Australia.

A Norwegian ship has joined planes from Australia, New Zealand and the US to scour an area 2,500km (1,550 miles) from Perth.

Rescue teams are also looking in other regions, using hi-tech aircraft like the US Navy's Lockheed P-3 Orion.

The BBC's Rupert Wingfield-Hayes boarded one of the specialised planes operating out of Subang Airbase in Malaysia.
