China toppling 1,000 chimneys in 100 days

Authorities in north China's Hebei province have started demolishing hundreds of chimneys and coal-fired boilers in an effort to tackle air pollution.

They aim to tear down 1,026 chimneys and 734 coal-fired boilers across Handan City in the course of just 100 days.
