Mass exodus amid Pakistani strikes in North Waziristan

Some 350,000 people have left their homes since the launch of a major military offensive in the tribal region of North Waziristan, according to officials.

Meanwhile, it is thought around 200 suspected Taliban militants, many of them Uzbek fighters, have been killed during a week of aerial bombardment.

The BBC's Shahzeb Jillani reports from the town of Bannu.
