China's internet restrictions explained in 60 seconds

China has been criticised over its tight internet controls, but that has not stopped the country from holding its first world internet conference.

Representatives from foreign governments, Apple and Microsoft are attending as China makes a move towards playing a bigger role in running international cyberspace.
