Tensions rise after rebels killed in Myanmar shelling

Officials in Myanmar have said that a mortar shell that killed more than 20 rebel soldiers on Tuesday was meant as a warning shot.

The rebels are holding emergency meetings to decide their response.

The BBC's Jonah Fisher has obtained exclusive footage from the Kachin rebels' stronghold of Laiza and sent this report from Myanmar.
