Queues to see Lee Kuan Yew continue to grow in Singapore

Queues to pay respects to Singapore's former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew continue to grow, despite officials advising people against joining them.

Mr Lee, who led the city-state to independence and served as its prime minister for 31 years, died on Monday at the age of 91.

His body has been taken by gun carriage from his official residence to parliament, where it will lie in state.

Singapore is observing a week of mourning, before a full state funeral on 29 March.

Leisha Chi reports from Singapore.
