Kunduz falls to Afghan Taliban

In Afghanistan, the Taliban have seized the strategic northern city of Kunduz in a major offensive.

It is one of their biggest territorial gains in 14 years of war.

Afghan officials confirm that the insurgents have captured most of the city and are advancing towards the airport.
