Release of youngest Delhi gang rapist causes widespread protests
Police have broken up a protest in Delhi against the release of one of those involved in the fatal gang-rape of a student on a bus in 2012.
The man has served the maximum prison term available under India's juvenile court system. Four adult convicts in the case are appealing against death sentences. A fifth died in prison.
The brutal attack on the young woman, who subsequently died of her injuries, led to outrage in India sparking a debate on the treatment of women in the country.
