North Korea 'charm offensive shows sanctions work'

Japan's foreign minister Taro Kono says North Korea's recent friendly overtures at the Winter Olympic Games in South Korea are proof that international sanctions have worked.

He tells the BBC's Tokyo correspondent Rupert Wingfield-Hayes what he thinks of Pyongyang's charm offensive and nuclear threats.
