Hong Kong demonstrators in minor scuffles with police

Pro-democracy activists have remained on the streets of Hong Kong despite a government announcement that talks with the movement's student leaders will be held on Tuesday.

There has been a heavy police presence in the Mong Kok area, and minor scuffles have broken out.
