Vietnam's bid to tame the internet boom

Vietnam is one of the fastest growing economies in Asia, spurred by a policy of rapid liberalisation in the Communist state.

But Human Rights groups say political control is still as strong as ever especially over the internet.

A law passed, earlier this year, compels internet cafes to install special software to monitor who is doing what on line.
