Japan to make entering nuclear exclusion zone illegal

Japan is tightening restrictions around the Fukushima nuclear power plant.

It will soon illegal to enter the 20km exclusion zone around the facility. The authorities say they want to control entry to limit exposure to radiation and prevent looting.

Roland Buerk reports from Tokyo.
