Police break up rare protest by farmers in Burma

Police in Burma have broken up a rare protest by about 60 farmers against the confiscation of their land.

Unauthorised demonstrations are banned in Burma.

The country held elections last year for the first time in two decades, replacing military rule with a military-backed civilian administration.
