Burma: Aung San Suu Kyi sworn in

The Burmese pro-democracy leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, who spent years under house arrest for opposing her country's military rulers, has taken her seat in parliament.

The ceremony marks the first time the Nobel laureate has held public office.
