Row breaks out over Poland's cross

A dispute has broken out over a wooden cross which is supposed to honour the victims of last April's plane crash which killed the Polish President.

Several hundred protesters have prevented officials from removing it from outside the presidential palace in Warsaw.

A compromise plan to transfer the cross to a nearby church has now been postponed.

Adam Easton reports from Warsaw.
