Snow paralyses transport in western Europe

More snow is continuing to paralyse transport in parts of western Europe.

2,000 passengers were evacuated as a precautionary measure from the main airport in Paris because of too much snow on the roof of the terminal building.

Icy weather conditions have also been disrupting flights in Belgium with severe delays reported across Germany and northern France.

Jane-Frances Kelly reports.
