Father's letter says he 'killed' Swiss twin sisters

The father of missing twin girls from Switzerland wrote a letter saying that he had killed his daughters before he killed himself, Swiss police say.

Matthias Schepp took his daughters, Alessia and Livia, from their home in Switzerland at the end of January.

His body was later found in southern Italy after he apparently committed suicide.

The BBC's Duncan Kennedy reports.
