Ethnic divisions still strong 20 years after Bosnian war

More than 100,000 people are thought to have been killed in the Bosnian war of 1992 to 1995.

Today, nearly 20 years later, survivors on all sides of the conflict agree that the communities involved may still be living side by side but things will never get back to how they once were.
