Spanish regional budget cut talks

The Spanish government will meet regional leaders on Wednesday for talks on how they can implement cuts of 7bn euro on healthcare and 3bn euro on education.

The autonomous regions account for a third of Spain's overall spending, but some are so deeply in debt they have not paid public service workers for months.

Tom Burridge reports from Madrid.
