Greece in last-ditch coalition talks

Greek party leaders are meeting again to continue trying to form an emergency coalition, with President Karolos Papoulias proposing a possible handover of power to a technocratic government.

The political vacuum is causing continued damage to the euro, something of which French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will be only too aware as they prepare for talks.
