Spanish trade minister welcomes ECB announcement

The European Central Bank announced on Thursday that it would do whatever it took to keep the borrowing costs of vulnerable countries down.

One of the most vulnerable eurozone members is Spain, but the country's deputy minister of trade, Jaime Garcia Legaz, told the BBC's Europe editor that he hoped help would not be needed.
