Spanish austerity cuts fuel Madrid protests

In the Spanish capital Madrid, thousands of protesters are back on the streets near the parliament building, where riot police fired rubber bullets to disperse them 24 hours earlier.

The demonstration comes hours before the government is due to pass new austerity measures on Thursday.
