Both sides claim victory in Georgia election

In Georgia, both main candidates have claimed victory in the most hotly contested parliamentary election for decades.

With around 10% of the votes counted, the opposition coalition calling itself Georgian Dream is in the lead.

But because of the way the Georgian voting system works, President Mikheil Saakashvili's United National Movement could still win a majority in parliament.
