Giant suitcase-shaped pavilion put up in Moscow's Red Square

A giant pavilion in the shape of a Louis Vuitton suitcase has been erected in the middle of Moscow's Red Square.

It is thought to be part of celebrations for the 120th anniversary of GUM, the department store that faces the Kremlin across the famous square.

Luis Vuitton says it will house an exhibition dedicated to the famous fashion brand, due to open in December.

But there have been calls for the construction to pack its bags and move on from the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The construction of the pavilion was filmed on 20 November.
