Ukraine crisis: Commander describes Russian withdrawal

Russian troops who surrounded a missile defence base in Crimea several days ago have now left their positions.

Yevgenii Pukhkiy, deputy commander at the Cape Fiolent site, described how the soldiers packed up and left in the middle of the night.

The BBC's Ben Brown reports from the base.
