Ukraine crisis: Is Russia behind Eastern unrest?

European foreign ministers have been meeting in Luxembourg to discuss the situation in Ukraine.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague says he has no doubt the unrest in the east of the country is being planned and brought about by Russia.

However, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said it was not in Russia's interests for Ukraine to break up
