Russia economic crisis: Putin cancels ministers' holidays
Russian President Vladimir Putin has cancelled New Year holidays for government ministers because of the unfolding economic crisis.
In a televised government session, Mr Putin told ministers that they could not take their usual two-week break in January.
While the rouble has recovered somewhat, many Russians are concerned by the rise in the cost of living.
