Ireland gay marriage vote: Results announced

Results are announced in the Republic of Ireland's same-sex marriage referendum.

Early indications suggest Ireland has voted to legalise same-sex marriage.

More than 3.2 million people were asked whether they wanted to amend the country's constitution to allow gay and lesbian couples to marry.
