Merkel: €50bn asset fund to be set up for Greece

The German Chancellor Angela Merkel says eurozone leaders have agreed reached an agreement over Greece which includes 'essential changes'.

The agreement includes a €50bn (£36bn) Greece-based asset fund being set up, of which €25bn would be used to recapitalise Greek banks.

The talks took place over 17 hours in Brussels, and continued overnight.
