Inside migrant refugee camp on Greek island of Lesbos

In Greece, it is estimated that 210,000 refugees and migrants have arrived since the beginning of the year.

Aid agencies believe as many as another 200,000 could arrive before the end of 2015.

Chris Buckler reports from the island of Lesbos, just a few miles from the coast of Turkey.
