Turkey parades coup suspects outside court

Turkey has paraded coup suspects - mostly military officers - at the start of their trial.

An angry crowd shouted at them outside the court near Ankara.

They are accused of trying to overthrow President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the abortive coup last July.

In a long indictment the charges include the killing of 250 civilians. The chief suspect, Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen, remains in the US and denies involvement.
